About the role:  

As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics operations to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Working cross-functionally, you will design and implement solutions that enhance warehouse processes, improve material flow, and support smarter transportation networks. In parallel, you’ll help identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve resource utilization, and integrate sustainable practices into our operations—ensuring that our logistics strategy supports both performance and long-term environmental responsibility

About your tasks: 

• Develop automation solutions for our logistics sites as part of planning and implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders.
• Design layouts and plan material flows to support efficient logistics processes, including active contribution to process definition and optimization.
• Evaluate and integrate new automation technologies with a focus on improving operational efficiency, energy usage, and waste reduction.
• Monitor and analyze sustainability metrics related to logistics operations, supporting our goals around carbon footprint reduction and responsible resource use.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in automation and sustainable logistics practices, using insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement across our operations.

About you: 

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field. 
• You have first experiences in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics. 
• You are passionate about making logistics operations more sustainable.
• You are highly analytical, data-driven, and skilled at identifying impactful opportunities for improvement. 
• You are an effective communicator, capable of articulating complex sustainability concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
