Kluczowe obowiązki
Obsługa procesów przyjęcia dostaw zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami
Rejestrowanie i przetwarzanie danych dotyczących dostaw w systemach ERP
Powiązywanie dostaw z odpowiednimi zamówieniami zakupu (PO) oraz dostawcami
Weryfikacja zgodności danych systemowych z dokumentacją oraz stanem fizycznym
Praca z wykorzystaniem narzędzi wspierających logistykę (skanery kodów kreskowych, urządzenia mobilne)
Identyfikacja i raportowanie niezgodności w procesach logistycznych
Wsparcie w zarządzaniu projektami logistycznymi (np. wdrożenia, optymalizacje procesów)
Przygotowywanie i aktualizacja wycen logistycznych (np. koszty transportu, obsługi magazynowej)
Zapewnienie zgodności operacji z wewnętrznymi standardami i procedurami
