We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will follow processes and procedures to allow compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves close collaboration with all departments and external stakeholders to uphold the company’s commitment to ethical practices and operational excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Policy and Compliance Development
• Executing legal compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Follow internal and external policies to align with legal and industry standards.
• Internal Controls and Audits
• Organize and facilitating company processes, practices, and documentation (in relation to Due diligences and others).
• Contract Review and Management
• Verify documentation and signatures from authorized parties.
• Training and Communication
• Provide guidance to employees regarding legal and compliance-related queries.
• Collaboration and Reporting
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Professional Conduct
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.

Who You Are:

• Education and Qualifications
• A degree in Law (or in process for such) , or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus.
• Skills and Competencies
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and documents systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
