Job Description:
🐾 🐕As a Key Account / Customer Development Manager you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable sales with key customers for Mars 🐾, home to some of the world’s most beloved brands. This role requires a dynamic relationship-builder and results-oriented strategist who can execute winning customer plans that deliver across key levers: revenue, profit, assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.
🐈What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
2 - 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within FMCG / CPG industries.
Prior Retail Account Management experience.
Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system.
Willingness to travel up to 10% 🌍.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record 🚗.

✅Lead successful new product launches with flawless, timely execution to maximize impact and customer satisfaction.
✅Ensure seamless delivery of all agreed solutions by providing accurate forecasting and meticulous follow-through.
✅Manage customer trade funds effectively, ensuring compliance with all guidelines while optimizing spend for maximum return.
✅Share valuable category insights and recommendations, leveraging customer feedback to unlock new growth opportunities and innovative solutions.
