We are looking for an ambitious Junior Key Account Manager with a real passion for business, who wants to work for one of the biggest FMCG companies in the world and enable the business to drive positive sales growth results. In this role you will be working across multiple worldwide known brands like Braun, Pantene, or Ariel.
With us you will:
Lead independently the customer business (in charge of all categories)
Negotiate the contract between the customer and P&G
Manage the team of KAMs and Sales Specialists
Develop Customer’s Business Plans and objectives
Lead the Customer to use trade funds to achieve sustainable volume growth.
Leverage Customer’s specifics knowledge for reliable input to P&G initiative planning.
Lead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined Customer-specific volume and in-store presence opportunities.
Manage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e. volume forecasting, product cards, EAN codes, customer reports, administration, budgets tracking etc.)
Build collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners

Job Qualifications
Apply if you have:
Bachelor’s degree and driving license (Active Driver)
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
Knowledge and understanding of the consumer electronics and small household appliance industry
Initial Experience as a Key Account Manager / in Business Development field preferably from consumer electronics/ household appliance company
Customer management-ability to lead the customer internally and externally (end-to-end)
Negotiation skills with proven track of success
Ability to create value, find customer insights and execute
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
