Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding our client needs and objectives, and proactively address them to resolve concerns and issues promptly.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and execute them for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Monitor the market to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide analysis and evaluation of market data and internal KPIs.
- Analyze and manage customer profitability and assess partnership.
- Design, implement and monitor the annual promo plan.
- Analyze and manage annual agreements, budget, assortment, and distribution.
- Strong forecasting skills and strong internal communication level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG or as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Pro-active and hands-on mentality.
- Strong planning, organization, presentation and execution skills.
- Excellent data analysis skills & knowledge of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, BI tools, Internet Explorer, Mobile Apps).
- Good speaking knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language.
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively within the Sales Team, but also towards other departments.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
