We are currently looking for a driven Junior ERP Consultant to join our International Business Unit. If you want to solve real business challenges rather than just formatting slides, this is your opportunity.
Tasks
Your Impact
* Own Your Stream: Take charge of independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
* Architect the Future: Analyze complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
* Drive Business Value: Build out feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide C-level decision-making.
* Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for our clients.
* Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team. You will translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Requirements
Who You Are
* The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
* The Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
* The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
* The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2-level fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
