What you will do
Join Johnson Control's transformative journey as we modernize our business processes through technology. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in connecting our business objectives with innovative IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include aligning strategic goals, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and seamlessly integrating technology to drive our organization's success.
Preferred location for this full-time permanent position is our business centre in Bratislava, Slovakia.
How you will do it

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to develop, test, and implement solutions that meet business capability needs and deliver successful outcomes in terms of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value.

Contribute to the creation of business cases by building comprehensive process and technology roadmaps.

Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements or user stories.

Provide support for business risk management, compliance, and security efforts.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitate workshops and User-Acceptance Testing to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date solution data in the Configuration Management Database.
