Junior Internal Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who already have some experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or Administration and are looking to build a long-term career within a large international technology company.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with assigned customers, coordinating the quote-to-order process, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will work as part of a dynamic, international team of around 20 professionals, delivering exceptional service to customers across Europe.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing and growing business with assigned customers by implementing sales strategies and building long-term relationships

• Coordinating the Quote-to-Order process, ensuring accurate pricing and efficient order fulfilment

• Supporting achievement of profitability targets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Acting as the main point of contact for RFQs, quoting activities, order-related inquiries, and inventory management

• Monitoring and resolving shortages, backlog issues, and return requests

• Collaborating with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency

• Building strong business partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing proactive support

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Working Hours & Work Model

This role follows standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

We operate in a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week spent in the office. To ensure a successful onboarding experience and support your learning and development, the first three months are office-based.

You enjoy working with customers and building positive business relationships. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Order Management, Sales Support, or Administration

• Strong customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn sales and account management processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• High level of accountability, ownership, and professionalism
