As a Junior Inside Sales Farmer for Small accounts, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships through retention, cross-sell, and upsell activities.
Your next challenge

  • Managing existing customer portfolio (retention, cross-sell & upsell)

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from ‘awareness’ stage until ‘decision’ stage (close sale)

  • Prepare and send proposal and closely follow-up

  • Sales funnel management

  • Achieve monthly sales target (#new customers, #business volume, #revenue)

  • Conversion (rate) of sales & marketing generated leads & campaigns

  • Comply with all company related policies, procedures and legal requirement
