Junior Inside Sales Engineer with German for Graduates 22-25

What you’ll achieve
The Dell Technologies Presales Academy is a 12 – 24-month training program designed to develop recent college and university graduates into skilled Inside Presales Solution Architects. The role of an Inside Presales Solution Architect blends the art of sales with the science of technology. We strive to act as trusted advisors to our customers to help recommend and design technology-based products and solutions. Following the training program, participants will be part of our Inside Presales organization where they will work with sales teams and customers to accomplish their IT initiatives and solve business challenges.
You will:

  • Act as a technical resource to help the sales organization meet its goals

  • Stay up to date on new products, technology trends, and service offerings

  • Make outbound calls as part of managing the sales cycle, and respond to field sales, resellers, and end customer inquiries

  • Focus on Dell Technologies products and services, and be able to identify how these products and services align with customer needs

  • Explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell Technologies against an alternative solution

Essential Requirements

  • Graduated from University in 2022-2025, preferably in in computer science/engineering/or any technical background

  • Advanced level of English and German

  • Focus on results

  • Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio

  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize and apt for technical curiosity and keen on continuous learning

Salary starting from: Average monthly gross earnings from 2047.5 EUR.

1433.25 EUR gross fix pay + 614.25 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split: 70/30

The variable pay is fully paid for the first 3 months. There are another parts of salary package which are not noted here, but will be discussed during the hiring process.
