🎯 What you'll do- Engage with inbound leads generated by the marketing team, qualifying, consulting and converting them into customers
- Connect with small and medium-sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs
- Deliver product demos and explain clearly how SumUp solves real business challenges
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, keeping follow-ups timely and lead conversion smooth
- Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets
- Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role, such as sales, support or retail
- Comfort speaking with people persuasively and warmly, with a solution-focused approach
- Curiosity about fintech, small business and how things work behind the scenes
