ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

We are looking for a local HR Business Partner who has successfully aligned business-operation objectives with employees and managers. As an expert in human performance, the HRBP will consult human resources-related issues to management and build good relationship with employees.

Performance Management & Development:

  • Run the Talent Management programs by providing Head of Department/ Managers with the execution plan and follow up the status (including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing consultant and feedback)
  • Manage and update staff development history and identifying areas for further growth.
  • Coordinate and follow up performance meetings and results, ensuring timely completion and communication of feedback;
  • Own the delivery of HR processes to employees and to Managers, including but not limited to orientation - termination - succession planning - skill mapping- career development- handle labor discipline.
  • Partnership with Head of Departments/ Managers to analyze and develop HR strategic plans, solutions, policies and training plan to suit with each employee’s and group’s skill set;
  • Coordinate with HR teams to streamline processes and support the business, ensuring alignment with company-wide improvement goals;
  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned Directors and employees, providing day-to-day guidance and support on performance management, talent programs, and HR processes.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
  • Build employee’s engagement by narrowing the gaps of cultures, listening and understanding the employee’s needs to provide timely support;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned Directors and employees, providing day-to-day guidance and support on performance management, talent programs, and HR processes.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
  • Build employee’s engagement by narrowing the gaps of cultures, listening and understanding the employee’s needs to provide timely support;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years working experience at the role of HRBP, Performance & Talent management, HR Report and Employee Relation at multinational companies;
  • Have Training and Development, Succession Planning or Competency Framework is a plus
  • Experience in Software Outsourcing/Games Development/Services industry
  • Business knowledge and customer service mindset;
  • Good understanding of HR principles and practices, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Good communicator with good interpersonal and English skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Good at time management and organization skills;
  • Proactive and good team-work spirit;
  • Patient and empathetic;

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years working experience in HR
  • At least 1 year at HRBP or related role
  • Experience in Software Outsourcing/Games Development/Services industry
  • Good understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Good communicator with interpersonal and English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
