Let’s start with the role:
The Junior HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting business areas by efficiently addressing employee queries and enhancing HR processes. This role focuses on improving the employee journey, strengthening onboarding experiences, and contributing to talent retention strategies.
This professional will oversee processes such as new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, internal transfers, and performance evaluations. Additionally, the role will involve data management, ensuring operational continuity, and identifying areas for improvement within HR operations.
As a Junior HR Business Partner you will:
- Monitor the employee lifecycle and track onboarding metrics to improve overall experience.
- Manage HR communications, including emails and meetings, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Support admissions, dismissals, and internal transfer processes, providing detailed guidance and follow-up.
- Develop HR-related materials, procedures and institutional policies.
- Create and manage dashboards, headcount controls, and HR data using Excel or similar tools.
- Assist managers and employees with HR policies, performance management and career development.
- Ensure HR processes comply with best practices and current labor legislation.
- Participate in the implementation of strategic projects, leveraging Agile Methodology where applicable.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the HRBP scope and provide actionable suggestions.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and manage dashboards and reports.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR systems and People Analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Generalist HR experience, including comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle.
