This position reports to:

Junior HR Team Lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the HR Services in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensure timely HR support for onboarding, termination, and internal transfers to uphold service agreements and enhance employee experience.

  • Manage HR requests and maintain data systems with high accuracy, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity goals and KPIs.

  • Communicate policies and standards effectively, preparing reports for internal and external use while adhering to HR procedures.

  • Act as a process owner, seeking innovative solutions and implementing changes to optimize HR services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role:

  • You are highly skilled in and have a demonstrated track record in HR Shared Services within a global company. Experience in an Employee Lifecycle, Payroll or HR Generalist role is a strong plus.

  • You possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and exposure to SAP tools is highly advantageous. ​

  • You are passionate about excellent communication and have a customer experience orientation, with fluency in business English and either Czech or Slovak.

  • You are engaged in and have a proactive approach, with good analytical skills and attention to detail.
