What You Will Do:
HR Administration & Operations
Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including employment verification letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, employee communications, and personnel file documentation.
Process and maintain employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with filing, record retention, document audits, and HR compliance activities.
Support HR reporting and data entry activities within Workday and other HR systems.
Assist with preparing materials and presentations for HR initiatives.
Onboarding & New Hire Support
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Schedule orientation sessions, compliance training, and new hire meetings.
Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, IT, Security, and Facilities to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure completion of required documentation.
Conduct new hire check-ins and gather feedback on the onboarding experience.
Support new hire orientation and employee referral programs.
Employee Relations Support
Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee questions and concerns.
Conduct initial intake of employee relations matters and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Document employee concerns and maintain accurate records.
Support investigations through scheduling meetings, gathering documentation, and tracking action items.
Assist HR Business Partners and HR leadership with employee relations initiatives and follow-up actions.
Employee Engagement & Events
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities and company events, including service awards, holiday celebrations, company picnics, Open Enrollment meetings, town halls, employee meetings, wellness programs, and recognition programs.
Coordinate vendors, catering, meeting logistics, communications, and event materials.
Support employee recognition activities and HR communications.
HR Program Support
Assist with performance management administration, training coordination, learning and development activities, tuition reimbursement administration, leave administration tracking, benefits communications, and Open Enrollment activities.
Support compliance-related initiatives and audit preparation.
Other Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
What You Need:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. or equivalent experience (2:1 experience-to-education basis).
Minimum 1 year of Human Resources, administrative, recruiting coordination, or customer service experience.
Experience working with HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Demonstrated customer service mindset.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
Experience managing a self-funded plan.

Our good faith estimate of the hourly rate range for this role is $24.00 to $36.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a highly competitive benefits package.
