HR Business Partner__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for Frosinone plant, by partnering with local HRBPs. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.
The work model for the role is: #Onsite
This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Frosinone plant.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
Partnering with respective managers and production to develop and implement people strategies.
Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role
You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field; a degree in Law is considered a nice‑to‑have.
You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
You demonstrate a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You are fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian.
You are passionate about people, with a genuine interest in supporting individual growth and development.
You are a curious professional with a growth mindset, able to learn from experience and apply insights proactively.
Compensation Package
As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:
Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: € 33.000
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
