We are looking for a Junior Global Consumer Insights Manager to join our global Consumer Insights Team. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Scope of the role

The Junior Global Consumer Insights Manager supports the global marketing and local brand teams by providing actionable consumer insights. The role focuses on quantitative research, designing and executing surveys, and leveraging data to guide business and marketing decisions. This position requires close collaboration with senior managers, cross-functional teams, and external research agencies to deliver consumer-centric strategies and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of global consumer insights projects
  • Conduct quantitative research and provide actionable recommendations
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Work with external agencies on research execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Provide insights to support innovation, brand building, and media strategies
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively
  • Support knowledge sharing and the creation of insight toolkits across markets

Profile:

  • Academic studies in Psychology, Sociology or Marketing
  • 3–4 years experience in Market Research (agency or client side)
  • Experience in quantitative research methods
  • Good Excel skills - will be tested during interview
  • Experience in questionnaire design and survey management
  • Knowledge of media research is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Nielsen and consumer panel platforms highly desirable
  • FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Exposure to international environments a plus
  • Enthusiastic to understanding consumer behaviour and to contribute to brand growth
  • Fluent in English
