WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Junior Fullstack Engineer at Shift, you will join a cross-functional team dedicated to building and modernizing our core applications. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop intuitive user interfaces and maintain robust APIs that automate critical decision-making processes. In this role, you will deliver clean, well-tested code while directly contributing to production deployments and continuous architectural improvements. Deliver Quality Code: Write, test, and maintain clean frontend and backend code across the entire development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Tech-Savvy: Equipped with foundational skills in C# for backend development and experience or exposure to Javascript libraries on the frontend
Growth-Minded: Highly curious, eager to master our tech stack, and ready to test and learn new tools in an evolving market.
Accountable: Ready to take proactive ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion, including documentation.
An Impactful Communicator: Fluent in English, with the ability to listen carefully and share technical updates clearly during team reviews.
Data-Driven: Capable of connecting feedback from code reviews to improve future work and ensure code stability.
