The Role

As a Junior Fulfilment Executive, you'll be a key player in a tight-knit team of three. Working alongside highly experienced logistics professionals at one of our largest international hubs, you'll handle and repack incoming and outgoing diamond shipments with precision and care.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that sits at the heart of our operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day flow of the office while upholding our high standards of accuracy and security. What you'll do

• Shipment Handling & Repacking:

  Accurately handle, inspect, and repack incoming and outgoing diamond shipments in accordance with company protocols and international shipping standards.

• Operational Support:

  Work closely with your two team members to manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently

• Precision & Security:

  Maintain the highest level of precision, confidentiality, and security when dealing with high-value goods—attention to detail is non-negotiable in this role.

• Team Collaboration:

  Collaborate with senior team members to align on priorities, share insights, and uphold our collective standards of excellence.

• Process Improvement:

  Contribute ideas to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency as the company continues to scale rapidly.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years experience in operations/logistics

• Strong Attention to Detail

• Hands-On Experience with Repacking or Handling Goods

• Team-Oriented Mindset

• Basic Administrative Skills

• Trustworthiness & Discretion

Highly desirable

• Experience working in high-security logistics environments, preferably with luxury goods, jewelry, or diamonds.

• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

• Proficiency in basic logistics software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Physically fit and able to handle small manual tasks as part of the shipment handling process.

• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow within a fast-scaling organization.
