Junior Foresight Specialist

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Junior Foresight Specialist to join our Strategic Foresight & Intelligence team and help us make sense of emerging change. This is not a traditional analyst role. We are looking for someone curious, creative, sharp, and fully committed to building something new with us. Someone who follows technology, innovation, business, culture, and society because they genuinely want to understand where the world is heading.
You will help turn signals, ideas, research, conversations, and weak evidence into clear points of view that shape strategic conversations with internal leaders and clients across commercial real estate.
We are not looking for the longest CV. We are looking to be convinced by how you think. What matters most is your ability to notice change, connect dots, form a view, communicate clearly, and bring energy to the work. We would rather hire someone with less experience but real curiosity, creativity, and drive than someone who simply waits for tasks and executes them well.
In your application, tell us why we should bet on you. Show us what excites you, what worries you, and where you see opportunity - especially around technology, AI, innovation, cities, work, business, and society.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track emerging signals across technology, innovation, business, society, real estate, geopolitics, and culture.

  • Help identify patterns, weak signals, future shifts, and implications for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Support foresight projects across APAC and EMEA by gathering evidence and synthesising insights.

  • Turn research and ideas into clear narratives, frameworks, presentations, briefings, and workshop materials.

  • Contribute to trend mapping, topic deep dives, scenario thinking, client points of view, and campaign content.

  • Help build SFI knowledge assets, including signal libraries, trend databases, evidence tables, and insight repositories.

  • Bring creative ideas for how we communicate foresight - through slides, stories, visuals, workshops, articles, videos, tools, or new formats.

  • Use AI and digital tools to improve speed, quality, creativity, and scale of outputs.

Our Requirements:

We care more about mindset, potential, and clarity of thinking than years of experience.

You may be right for this role if you are:

  • Deeply curious about the future, technology, AI, innovation, business, cities, society, and how change happens.

  • Creative and open-minded - able to see unusual connections and bring fresh angles to complex topics.

  • Proactive and self-starting - you do not wait to be told exactly what to do.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.

  • A strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply and convincingly.

  • Interested in storytelling, presentations, visual thinking, and strategic communication.

  • Willing to learn fast and build new skills.

  • Confident enough to share your opinion, but humble enough to change it.

Some experience is helpful, but not essential. This could include internships, university projects, personal projects, writing, research, content creation, startup work, consulting, innovation, data, real estate, or technology.

Skills and Tools

  • Strong English is essential.

  • Polish and other languages are a plus.

  • PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint will be important.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, design tools, or content tools is a plus.

If you do not know some of these tools yet, that is fine. We can teach you. But you must be motivated to learn quickly.

What we offer:

An interesting role in an international, market-leading organization specializing in real estate advisory, brokerage, and property management

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development

  • A clear development path

  • High level of autonomy and trust

  • Participation in exciting global and local projects

  • Stable employment based on an employment contract

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Cushwake Cares Program – yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, and wellbeing workshops with experts

  • Worksmile Platform – a benefits cafeteria, competitive challenges, and thematic group

  • Multisport card, private medical care and group life insurance

  • Benefits under the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)

  • Thematic Passion Clubs for employees
