We are looking for a Junior First-Line Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.


In this role, you will:

  • Answer calls from business clients to provide first-line support for technical questions related to Teltonika Networks products.
  • Communicate with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums, and other communication tools.
  • Advise customers and sales representatives on how to integrate and use our products, resolve technical issues, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate more complex cases to Networking and IoT Engineers, ensure clear and effective communication between the customer and internal teams.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~1830 Eur—2340 Eur)pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
