As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be part of the Global Finance Controllership Team, at the heart of Royal Canin’s financial operations. Amongst a team of 6 you will ensure the consolidation of 102 units worldwide within a multi-billion-dollar organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
What are we looking for?You hold a Master’s degree in Finance and already have a first practical experience in finance roles, including internships or apprenticeships.
You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable using digital tools like Power BI or Power Automate. Experience with an ERP or consolidation system is a strong plus.
You speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills; proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
You are collaborative, open-minded, and enjoy working within diverse teams to help drive a positive team spirit.
You possess a natural curiosity, a high level of adaptability, and a proactive mindset with strong follow-through.
You are eager to fast-track your learning curve, develop your prioritization skills in a complex environment, and look forward to building relationships with key business stakeholders.
Support local financial controllers during the monthly closing process and perform quality checks on key indicators to ensure the accuracy of financial results.
Collaborate with the team to prepare balance sheet analyses and support the accounting consultation process.
Help strengthen internal controls by clarifying guidelines, improving processes, and coordinating key tracking procedures like inventory and short-term incentives.
Manage global intercompany reconciliation activities and support the roll-out of new intercompany digital tools and process updates.
Play an active role in our finance digital transformation, contributing to projects like ERP upgrades, new tool implementations, and system integrations.
Support our continuous improvement initiatives by helping set annual performance targets, monitoring progress, and keeping the team engaged in best practices.
You will work in a multicultural environment (more than 40 nationalities) and where your dog will be welcomed by more than 100 other Associates’ dogs at the office!
You will work in a unique campus, which gathers more than 800 Associates working for: the international HQ, the French subsidiary, two laboratories, a kennel and a cattery with more than 200 cats & dogs, and finally the most important factory of the Royal Canin group
