Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to join our Continuous Improvement team in Poznań.
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support for accounting administrative operations including documentation, tools management and access control,
- Providing support in ongoing projects (training plans , tools),
- Managing the Accounting Knowledge Repository - including administration and ad-hoc updates (e.g. process procedures, technical instructions and process diagrams),
- Maintaining the Finance internal Allegro Home Page,
- Preparing, analyzing and distributing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
- Assisting with the implementation of process changes/standardizations and improvements,
- Supporting the automation of finance processes using the UiPath environment
- Collaborating daily with the accounting sections including Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable, Payments, and Record To Report,
