As a Junior Finance Operations Specialist in Navan’s Reconciliation Team, you will support the accurate matching of financial transactions and travel bookings, helping to safeguard the integrity of our records. This entry-level position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to develop foundational skills in finance operations within a dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Do:- Assist with the preparation and review of credit card statements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into Excel files, utilizing basic formulas.
- Perform manual data enrichment and update records as required.
- Support the identification and matching of bookings to transactions using our booking tool and transaction reports, even with limited data.
- Contribute to daily reconciliation tasks as part of a collaborative team.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You approach data tasks with accuracy and reliability, adapting quickly to new processes and challenges. You enjoy problem-solving, communicate clearly in English, and work comfortably with office software in a multicultural setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, data entry, or administration (internships and student roles are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
