You will:
- Work closely with business streams to control project financials and risks across all Civitta geographies where a particular business is represented;
- Ensure for the completeness of the portfolio data in the company’s managerial accounting system;
- Assist with control of invoicing and collection of overdue receivables;
- Prepare materials and participate in business reviews or partner meetings on a monthly basis;
- Support preparation of cash flow forecast of the respective business stream on a quarterly basis;
- Support the annual budgeting process;
- Deliver relevant reports and metrics overview to the stream leadership;
- Support bonus calculations according to the company guidelines;
- Be involved in ad-hoc projects or specific initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Economic analysis, Finance or related field;
- At least 1-2 years experience in finance, accounting, business consulting;
- Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented mindset, ability to multitask;
- Proactivity in suggesting process improvements;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
