ABOUT IIX GLOBAL

IIX (Impact Investment Exchange) is a Singapore-headquartered pioneer in impact investing, connecting capital markets with sustainable development. For over 17 years, IIX has been building the infrastructure for impact — structuring innovative financial instruments such as the Women's Livelihood Bond™ Series, running enterprise technical assistance programs, and developing data platforms such as IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ that serve impact investors, enterprises, and communities across Asia, the Pacific, and Africa.

Our work spans impact-linked securities, blended finance, gender-lens investing, and climate finance — including the Orange Movement™, which brings gender equality and climate action together in capital markets. We are a lean, mission-obsessed team. Everyone here wears multiple hats, moves fast, and cares deeply about the work. If that energizes you, you'll thrive at IIX.

About the Role

IIX is seeking a Junior Executive, Social Media & Content to run the day-to-day execution of IIX's social media presence and support the Marketing team's multi-channel campaigns. Working under the Senior Marketing Executive / AVP, Social Media & Content, this individual will plan and publish content, write copy, manage online communities, and track performance across IIX's channels — with a primary focus on LinkedIn, alongside Instagram, Facebook, email, and the IIX website. The role supports brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation for IIX's products and platforms, including the Women's Livelihood Bond™ Series, the Orange Movement™, and IIX Intelligence™. It suits an organized, hands-on individual who writes well, learns quickly, and wants to build a career in purpose-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social media at IIX speaks to a demanding B2B audience — investors, development finance institutions, corporates, and policymakers — as well as the broader impact community. Candidates who can make complex finance and impact topics engaging, accurate, and easy to follow will thrive in this role.

  • Schedule and publish posts on time, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, links, and visuals for each platform

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Draft social media copy, captions, short posts, and blog content that supports IIX's brand, campaigns, and thought leadership
  • Repurpose reports, research, event highlights, and leadership commentary into channel-appropriate content

Community Management

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate in a timely, professional manner
  • Engage with partners, enterprises, and industry voices online to grow reach and relationships

Campaign Support

  • Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and events, with a focus on awareness, leads, and customer acquisition
  • Coordinate with the in-house Graphic Designer on visual briefs, ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines

Email & Website Support

  • Assist in building and scheduling email newsletters and lead-nurturing campaigns
  • Upload and update blog posts and web page content on the IIX website

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media and campaign performance using platform analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta and LinkedIn tools
  • Compile monthly performance reports summarizing activity, results against KPIs, and recommendations for improvement

Research & Ideas

  • Conduct audience, competitor, and trend research, and monitor conversations relevant to impact investing, gender, and climate finance
  • Propose new content formats and campaign ideas based on performance data and platform trends

KPI

  • Adherence to the content calendar — posts published on schedule
  • Follower growth and engagement rate across channels (LinkedIn as priority) against monthly targets agreed with the line manager
  • Response time to comments and messages within agreed service levels
  • Click-throughs and leads driven from social and email to IIX web pages and campaigns
  • Email newsletter open and click-through rates against benchmarks
  • Monthly performance report delivered on time, with clear insights and recommendations
