We will count on you to:
Support senior stakeholders in their day-to-day work and help prioritize tasks proactively
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including last-minute changes
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and a service mindset
Support sales-operations-related tasks, such as preparing information, coordinating activities, tracking action items, and organizing content
Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations and management-ready materials, especially in PowerPoint
What you need to have:
Vocational training in a commercial field, hospitality, administration, or a similar area, with some relevant professional experience
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong communication skills, including in an international environment
A structured and efficient working style, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility, reliability, empathy, and good judgment when dealing with different stakeholders
