About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates (Omani National) in Telecommunication Engineering to join our Graduate Program on a 3-month contract. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mobile network operations, troubleshooting, and service assurance within a dynamic telecommunications environment.
The ideal candidate should have completed a graduation project in Mobile Communications and possess internship experience in the telecom industry. Candidates with exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Automation technologies will have an added advantage.
What You Will Do• Support radio network performance analysis and optimization activities for 4G and 5G networks.• Monitor and analyze key network performance indicators (KPIs) to identify coverage, capacity, accessibility, retainability, and quality issues.• Assist in network performance reporting, trend analysis, and root-cause investigations to improve customer experience.• Support optimization engineers in evaluating network parameters and recommending performance improvement actions.• Participate in drive test analysis, network benchmarking, and optimization studies where applicable.• Analyze network data and performance statistics using telecom performance management tools.• Assist in identifying and resolving radio network performance degradations and coverage issues.• Contribute to the implementation and validation of optimization recommendations and parameter changes.• Support the development of automation and data analytics solutions to enhance network optimization processes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Planning, and Deployment, to improve overall network performance.• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and presentations related to network performance and optimization activities.• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to LTE, 5G, AI-driven optimization, and network automation.
Skills You Will Bring• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering only• Omani National• Fresh graduate from the academic years 2025-2026.• Graduation Project in Mobile Communications.• Internship experience in the Telecommunications field.• Basic knowledge of 4G and 5G mobile networks.• Good understanding of telecom network fundamentals and mobile communication concepts.• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Automation technologies is an advantage.• Familiarity with telecom network optimization, radio performance analysis, or mobile network operations is a plus.• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools is an advantage.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.• Good communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
