Job Description
The Junior Engineer in Training (JIT) Program is a meaningful program that introduces Diploma engineers to Rockwell Automation products, software and explains how they are integrated into our customers' manufacturing process to help provide benefits such as improved productivity.
You will undergo 6 months structured training program which includes 3months of core technical training and 3months of on-job training to get exposure to different functions in the organization. Post to 6 months of training program you will be promoted to Project Engineer / Field Service Engineer

Your Responsibilities:
·Engage and demonstrate in first 6 months of training program
Understand organization, operations, roles and responsibilities of projects and services engineer
Learn products, software and gain practical experience in projects/services/other functions
You will be asked to assume responsibility of either Junior Engineer Project (or) Services after 6 months. Responsibilities of Junior Engineer – Projects / Engineering Assistant
Electrical Panel Wiring Design Preparation & Design Verification
Prepare and verify bill of material
Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Programming & commissioning of Automation products
Scada screen development and configuration
Onsite visit and support commissioning
Gain knowledge on industrial applications and solutions
Responsibilities of Junior Engineer – Services
Learn & update knowledge on products and software
Visit customer site, support customers in preventive and periodic maintenance of products
Support customers in emergency machine breakdown, resolve issues to increase the uptime of customer machine/operation
Accomplish Install Base Evaluation & Assessment
Prepare Bill of Material and Panel Design documents for upgradation projects
Support in programming and commissioning of upgradation projects
The Essentials - You Will Have:
SKEEs (Skills, Knowledge, Education, Experience):·
Polytechnic / Diploma Engineering in any of the following functions like Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Mechatronics / Process Engineering
Fresh Diploma Engineering / Less than 12 months experience in the field
Good knowledge of core subjects with basic knowledge of Digital Electronics & Basics of Electricals
Collaborate with teams & changes in technologies.
Adopt and demonstrate cultural values of organization
