In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor production applications and infrastructure, managing alerts and initial analysis (triage, evidence collection, escalation).
- Handle and resolve Level II tickets following operational procedures.
- Maintain and evolve cloud infrastructure, improving reliability, scalability, and cost-awareness through standard practices.
- Ensure releases, configurations, and infrastructure changes are repeatable and consistent through Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Maintain and improve IaC and automation (incremental fixes, guided refactoring, standardization), including CI/CD workflows.
- Participate in post-incident reviews and continuous improvement activities (documentation, preventive actions) by working closely with development teams.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of legacy components in a controlled and documented manner.
What skills are we looking for?
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, with basic administration and troubleshooting skills (shell, permissions, processes, system, filesystem).
- Basic knowledge of Python and/or Bash scripting for simple automations.
- Familiarity with version control systems including Git.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience, even if brief, in the role;
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible;
- Previous experience in Cloud, particularly with Azure;
- Basic knowledge of MySQL database.
