The mission you will join is all about the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform, enabling secure, efficient, and automated operation of our IT systems.
You’ll join a team building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, helping us improve and simplify our IT services.
You’ll be part of our INFRA squad, building and maintaining modern cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to support the Aptitude application. Aptitude is a specialized financial platform that handles complex accounting processes, including IFRS 17 and multi-GAAP calculations, and acts as a sub-ledger for journal entries and balances. Don’t know much about accounting? Never mind —
You will be using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, managing Kubernetes clusters, and maintaining Oracle DB environments. You’ll also implement monitoring and observability with Splunk, ensuring secure, automated, and efficient operations across our IT systems.
The tasks you will perform
· Based on inputs from business analysts and technical engineers, you will understand the infrastructure design in Azure.
· You will independently write simple infrastructure code (IaC – Infrastructure as Code / Terraform), and work on complex code together with more senior colleagues.
· You will prepare releases and pipelines in Azure DevOps.
· You will work on fixing errors, bugs, and support analysis & testing.
· You will ensure the safety and security of all information systems assets, monitoring the use of security policies.
· You will participate in optimization and enhancements to the solution.
The knowledge and experience you bring
· University education in a technical field (Bachelor’s degree) or you are currently a student close to graduation.
· We welcome graduates and students; previous experience is not required.
· Upper-intermediate English (B2).
· Interest in cloud infrastructure and design (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, DevOps, VM, Azure AD, Azure SQL, BLOB, Containers, Azure Batch) is an advantage, but not a must.
· Interest or basic knowledge of IaC – Terraform and scripting languages (PowerShell and/or Bash) is a plus.
· Interest or basic knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines & CI/CD is welcome.
· Ability to work in an agile environment (SCRUM), self-motivation, organization, and a drive to learn and achieve results.
· Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks is a plus.
