Everforth ECS is seeking a Junior Developer to work Remotely.
We are currently seeking a creative, determined, and energetic Junior Developer to join our team and support custom application development of HR solutions.
Primary Duties:
- Work directly with users to provide engineering solutions and debugging support
- Manage and maintain an effective development machine
- Develop custom micro applications, per client specifications
- Identify and develop enhancements to existing applications
- Develop software application tests and testing strategies
- Script solutions to automate manual processes
- Follow version control processes
- Develop solutions to strengthen the security in and around applications
- Leverage application metrics to inform technical and business decisions
- Analyze industry specific requirements/technologies and provide insight
- Automate administrative tasks using configuration management tools, such as Ansible
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years related experience
- 2+ years’ integration, systems analysis, or programming experience
- 2+ years’ debugging and managing Services / Applications in Production environments
- 3+ years’ experience with Springboot/React/Angular/GoLang or equivalent strongly typed languages
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and phase-based delivery methods
- Working knowledge of working in a Kubernetes environment (microservices), pods, Gitlab, JSON
- General knowledge using OpenShift and Splunk
- Good communication skills both written and oral
Salary Range: $75- $90,000
