Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Manager to lead a team of talented data science consultants in a Professional Services environment who can help them grow and maximize their potential. The role focuses on team leadership, technical oversight, and supporting solution deployments for customers.  

Key Responsibilities 

Team Leadership & People Management 

• Lead and mentor a team of data science specialists, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and ensuring delivery excellence. 

• Identify individual and team development needs. Provide guidance to help team members leverage their strengths and develop in key areas. 

• Ensure a positive team environment by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and building trust. 

• Oversee all performance management processes, including annual performance reviews, regular 1:1 discussion, annual goal setting 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 

Technical Expertise & Contributions 

• Essential Leadership experience and developing high performing teams 

• Desirable to have a background in statistical analysis or forecasting 

• Desirable to have Retail supply and demand forecasting experience 

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and best practices  

• Build relationships and support business development 

• Stay updated on ML and Data Engineering trends to ensure the team continue to move forward  

Knowledge and skills, we are looking for: 

• Ideally from a mathematical or problem-solving education background ie maths or sciences  

• Communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders. 

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, applying best practices to generate meaningful insights. 

• Understanding of business workflows and processes, with the ability to align data solutions to business needs. 

• Familiarity with system integration 

• Retail or Manufacturing domain experience is a plus. 

• Ability to manage highly changeable team

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Fluent in English and Polish (German or French is a plus).
