Job Description
What you’ll do:
Collect, enter, and maintain unstructured property data, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and up to date
Support ad-hoc data requests and basic analysis from the business
Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and the EMEA Analytics team to meet data needs
Partner with Research teams to support reporting and data requirements
Contribute to local and EMEA-wide data projects
Help clean and improve datasets to enhance overall data quality
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support delivery of team KPIs and goals
What we’re looking for:
Fluent in German and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
Experience with data entry or data management is an advantage
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
