Our Data Analysis team supports the company by providing accurate workforce insights, maintaining reporting tools, and ensuring high data quality across systems. This role will contribute to the team by creating and maintaining reports, performing data integrity checks, and supporting dashboards in SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will grow into the role by learning reporting tools, expanding Excel skills, and gradually supporting dashboard publishing tasks in Tableau. This position offers an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and workforce analytics. Over time, the person in this role will take ownership of routine processes and participate in broader analytical projects within the team.
Reports toData Analysis Manager
What will you do?- Create custom reports in the Success Factors reporting environment and maintain the internal report catalog.
- Update existing reports on a regular basis and adapt them when business requirements change.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc data integrity audits in the SuccessFactors.
- Learn and support dashboards in SuccessFactors and assist with their updates.
- Support the publishing of dashboards in Tableau and apply minor updates when needed.
- Learn Tableau gradually through participation in routine publishing tasks.
- Build one-time reports in Excel using data from multiple sources, primarily Success Factors.
- Develop Excel models to support workforce analytics tasks.
- Participate in team projects and contribute to shared deliverables.
- Assist in survey-related activities in the Alchemer system when required.
- We are looking for a person who: uses Microsoft Excel confidently and demonstrates ambition to advance these skills quickly.
- Applies logical thinking to solve data issues and interpret results.
- Shows solid understanding of basic mathematics and an analytical mindset.
- Demonstrates strong interest in data analysis and willingness to learn new methods and tools, including:
- Learning to work with Success Factors reporting tools and dashboards.
- Learning to support publishing and minor updates in Tableau.
- Learning to work with survey tools, including Alchemer, when needed. - Communicates clearly and works collaboratively within the team.
- Follows data quality standards and maintains accuracy in all tasks.
- Manages repetitive tasks responsibly and performs routine data checks with focus and consistency.
- Handles multiple tasks with guidance and adapts to changing priorities.
- Holds a degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, information systems, or another area that supports analytical thinking (preferred but not required).
- Working level of English
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
