  • Respond to adhoc data requests and analysis needs to support program planning, issue resolution, and decisionmaking

  • Support data validation and quality control efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of program data

  • Maintain and update tracking tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards used to monitor program performance

  • Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement using quantitative analysis

  • Leverage emerging analytics and AIenabled tools to support data analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation

  • Document assumptions, methodologies, and data limitations clearly and consistently

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, environmental studies, business, or a related discipline)

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytical support roles (including internships or coop experience)

What we would like you to have:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience working with structured datasets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with dashboards or reporting tools

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to nontechnical audiences
