We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Content Lead to bridge business needs with content strategy. This role combines analytical skills with content leadership, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective digital experiences and that content is aligned with organizational goals.

Business Analyst / Content Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and refine business requirements.
- Content Strategy: Define and manage content frameworks, governance models, and editorial guidelines.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Content Management: Oversee creation, curation, and publishing of digital content across platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business teams, technical teams, and content creators.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide analytics on content performance and recommend dataâ€`driven improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Content Lead in digital projects.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, WordPress, or SharePoint.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable content strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and digital analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise content platforms (e.g., Pantheon, Acquia).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in UX writing or digital marketing.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Content Strategy.

- Bachelor's degree

The pay range for this role is $100,000- $105,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
