We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB Analytics Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will perform to supervised data analysis and support business improvement and strategy projects. You will provide updates simple analytical reports to enable fact-based, predictive, and scenario-based decision-making.

We will count on you to:

• Formats data according to set presentation standards to meet customer requirements.
• Organizes data for standard reporting, allowing experienced colleagues to identify key insights.
• Applies basic methodologies under guidance to maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, including data storage, modelling, and report tools.
• Complies with departmental and industry regulatory standards, including health and environmental policies.
• Completes process analyses accurately and on time with support from senior colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Seeks assistance when needed and shows eagerness to learn new skills to resolve issues.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor's Degree; preferable Math or Statistics graduate
• At least 2+ years of experience in similar field of client facing, account handling experience, but not necessarily from the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
• Must have advanced MS Excel skills and experience (not relying on tools for data validation and reporting). Must have experience in handling large sets of data in excel
