SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS

1-year fixed-term contract

Usercentrics is a global leader in the field of consent management platforms (CMP). We follow our company vision to build a world where user privacy enables a thriving digital ecosystem. Our mission is to provide privacy solutions that empower organizations to embrace data privacy while building trust with their users through freedom of choice. With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.

We are looking for a self driven, curious, and analytical individual to join as a Junior Data Analyst on our Marketing Analytics team. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional marketing stakeholders, following established processes and analytical frameworks to turn campaign and channel data into clear, actionable insights. This is a great opportunity to build your core analytics skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment while contributing to real business impact.

Requirements

YOUR TASKS

  • Support marketing and growth stakeholders by contributing to day-to-day analyses and deliverables that turn campaign, channel, and customer data into clear insights
  • Follow established data processes and analytical methodologies to build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking marketing performance (e.g. campaign ROI, funnel conversion, channel attribution)
  • Work from clearly defined requirements to answer well-scoped questions from marketing stakeholders, escalating risks, ambiguities, or blockers to senior team members
  • Own small workstreams or components within larger marketing analytics projects, helping the team become more data-driven
  • Build core skills in data analysis, visualization, and marketing analytics tools, progressively taking on more independent ownership as you grow in the Data Analyst role

YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ideally in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
  • 0-3 years of work experience in data analysis; exposure to marketing analytics, digital marketing, or e-commerce data is a plus
  • Growing proficiency in SQL/Python and data visualization & business intelligence tools (ideally Looker or Omni analytics) to help communicate marketing insights using data
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude to support data exploration, drafting analyses, and speeding up day-to-day analytical tasks
  • Intellectually curious, high energy, and strong work ethic; eager to learn how to work with, normalize, and synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work from defined requirements and established processes, and to clearly flag roadblocks, constraints, or ambiguities to more senior team members
  • A natural attention to detail, with an instinct to double-check and validate data for accuracy and consistency
  • Curiosity about how marketing metrics connect to broader revenue and financial outcomes is a plus
  • Exposure to analytics/tracking platforms such as Google Analytics 4 or Amplitude is valued but not required
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Usercentrics we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
