Now, we’re looking for a Junior Customer Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service Team - a role where you’ll make a real impact on the customer experience from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for our business clients, handling a variety of inquiries with professionalism and care

  • Investigate and resolve questions related to products, pricing, billing, and delivery

  • Use internal systems to process orders, track requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records

  • Provide technical guidance on our products and software in a helpdesk/call center environment

  • Manage high-volume inboxes while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services

  • Qualify inbound leads and support sales opportunities

  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • A university degree

  • First professional experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong ability to build relationships with business clients

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • A solution-oriented mindset and confidence in decision-making

  • Great listening skills and attention to detail

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
