Key Responsibilities
- Manage and collect outstanding balances across an allocated portfolio of broker accounts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively chase overdue debt and work with brokers to resolve aged balances.
- Investigate and resolve broker and finance queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately allocate daily cash receipts and investigate unidentified cash and unallocated items.
- Complete account reconciliations and resolve allocation discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly broker statements.
- Distribute cash cover and allocate settlements for team action.
- Contribute to process improvements and support wider team projects.
- Provide cover and support across the Credit Control team during periods of leave or increased workload.
- Participate in team meetings and training to support personal development and collaboration.
