We are currently looking for a Junior Controller, reporting directly to local Business Controller for Electrolux sales division in Ukraine, with primary location in Kyiv.
We are looking for a person passionate about finance with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, open for further growth and development.
Objective:
As a Junior Controller within sales organization, you will be responsible for credit management, keeping control over clients AR balances and credit limits available. You will align with several departments to have our day-by-day sales flow smooth and accurate. You will take an active part working with primary documents related to our commercial operations, providing proper financial cooperation with our clients. You will also require good communication and negotiation skills to elaborate with clients and colleagues inside the organization.

Main responsibilities:
- Credit management
- Managing open AP and AR balances with clients
- Managing financial provisions with clients
- Supporting with internal finance reporting procedures
- Updating pricing and cost centers data bases in SAP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
- 2-3 years’ experience in financial controlling or accounting
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage
- Ukrainian- proficient level language
- English-intermediate, mainly for email communication
Where you’ll be:
Our administrative office located in Kyiv (BC - SP Hall). During war in Ukraine, we are working remotely, with rarely required visits to the office.
