The Trading Contracts Analyst is responsible for the preparation, review, execution, and maintenance of trading contracts and confirmations for assigned commodity products. The role will also contribute to the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation, process standardization and broader digital transformation projects across functions.

Main Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate standard trading contracts confirmations.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the system through validation of the daily trade entries.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of CLM templates and libraries.
- Support reporting, KPI tracking and data quality initiatives.
- Partner with Trading, Operations and Contracts teams globally.
Experience
- Previous internship or experience within commodities, trading
- Exposure working within structured or process driven environments.
- Exposure to ETRM systems and/or CLM platforms.
Skills
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to operate in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain contractual positions clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities and live transactions simultaneously in a commercial environment.
- Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be required to communicate and collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts as part of regular job responsibilities.
