About the role
You will support the end-to-end management of contingent workforce contracts, working across teams to ensure agreements are accurate, compliant, and executed smoothly. Your work will directly enable business teams to access the talent they need.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Two days in the Office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Three days from home from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities- Manage the lifecycle of AFS, NDA, SOWs, and Change Orders through Beeline and Verisk
- Review requests, confirm the right process, and ensure correct templates and documentation
- Validate SOWs and Change Orders, including dates, rates, scope, and agreement alignment
- Coordinate approvals, track progress, and support execution via DocuSign
- Partner with hiring managers, suppliers, Legal, and internal teams to resolve gaps
- Ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and support audit readiness
- Identify issues and contribute to improving contract processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Procurement, Legal, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured processes
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
