Hello from some of your future colleagues
- "I joined Implement while doing my BA in International Business at CBS. To me, Implement offers the perfect balance of exciting challenges, responsibility, and freedom. I couldn't be in a better place: the people, the opportunities, and the culture are exactly what I was looking for." – Daniel, Junior Consultant
- “I joined Implement during the first year of my MA in International Marketing and Management, with the hope of finding a workplace where I could see myself long-term. I connected with both the people, culture, and type of work we do, so after finishing my studies last summer, I joined as a full-time management consultant”. – Ida, former Junior Consultant and current Management Consultant
What do we offer?
From day one, you will work closely with experienced consultants, who will help you take your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level. You will get a personal leader and a buddy to support you on your journey.
You can expect to work around 20 hours per week. Some weeks may be busier, while others may be lighter, depending on the project and your availability. It is important to us that you continue to focus on and thrive in your studies, so we will do our best to respect your schedule and exam periods. You will work from our Hellerup or downtown Copenhagen offices, your home, and client sites.
Oh, and before we forget – our culture is who we are. Beyond great benefits, training, and amazing lunch (and dinner!) every day, we are home to communities for expats, LGBTQ+ members, and more. You will also find running clubs, Friday football, cultural explorations, unforgettable parties, and offsites. And that is just the tip of the iceberg of working at Implement.
If you're curious to learn more about who we are and what we do, we encourage you to sign up for the upcoming student event, where you will get an exclusive insight into what commercial consulting is all about.
