About You   

We’re looking for early-career professionals who are:    

• Collaborative and excel in dynamic teams  

• Curious and want to broaden their understanding of the world   

• Driven to succeed and help others achieve the same   

• Open to change and have a growth mindset   

• Relationship builders with both clients and peers   

• Analytically strong and able to deliver practical results 

• Excellent communicators, both written and verbally 

• Hungry for new challenges 

• Master’s degree, with excellent grades and relevant extracurricular activities 

• 0-3 years of working experience 

• Proficient in both the Dutch and English language
