We are looking for ambitious and curious Master’s students to join our Commercial Strategy & Transformation team in Zurich as Junior Consultants. What you will do
As a Junior Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, you will contribute to real client projects from day one and work closely with experienced consultants and partners to help clients across a wide range of industries. You will support teams in solving complex commercial challenges and gain deep insight into strategy and transformation work in practice.
Within the Commercial Strategy & Transformation practice, you can expect to work on topics such as:
- Growth and go-to-market strategies
- Monetisation and pricing

Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities will depend on your profile, interests, and the projects you support, but will typically include:
- Creating content for client workshops and management presentations
- Preparing, facilitating, and documenting workshops
- Conducting quantitative analyses and market research
- Supporting customer interviews and qualitative research
- Actively participating in client-facing meetings and project workstreams
As you grow in your role, your level of responsibility and ownership will increase. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives such as business development, recruitment, and culture-building activities.
What you bring to the table
We are looking for active Master’s students with a strong interest in commercial strategy, transformation, and consulting. Ideally, you:
- Are currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (business, economics, engineering, or a related field) and will remain enrolled for the duration of the role
- Are dedicated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicate fluently in German and English, French is a plus
- Are curious, empathetic, and willing to challenge assumptions constructively
- Have a genuine interest in people, teamwork, and building relationships
- Bonus: You are curious about digital trends and enjoy staying up to date on topics such as digitalization, AI, platforms, or emerging technologies
