SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Provide professional technical advice to our customers, by on-site support on paint application and inspections to ensure that the coating specification is met, and the job is completed according to the contract and the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Give clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff on paint application by working on site with relevant client representatives to ensure the coating specification is met and in accordance with customer expectation.

Carry out inspections of a specific project assigned to you by your direct manager / leader by working independently, following the ITP and working procedures in order ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification

Write relevant and factual proper reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met. Ensure the reports submitted within proper time frame.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Engineering (Construction, Marine, Chemical, Metallurgy) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field as Coating Inspector or Technical Service for Performance Coatings and/or Decorative Projects
- Good command of English (both oral or written) and Indonesian
- Domicile in and willing to relocate to Batam
Preferred
- Energetic, analytic, eager to learn and enjoy high mobility
- NACE / FROSIO certified
