Job Details

Kantar is the world’s leading AI-native marketing data and analytics business and an indispensable brand partner to the world’s top companies. We combine the most meaningful attitudinal and behavioural data with deep expertise and advanced analytics to uncover how people think and act. We help clients understand what has happened and why and how to shape the marketing strategies that shape their future.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Junior Client Executive, you will join our team in Prague and play a key role in delivering insights that help major brands make confident decisions. This role is designed for early‑career talent who want to build strong analytical, consulting and storytelling skills in an international environment.

You will be part of our Brand or Media in Germany, working closely with colleagues in Germany and across Europe. From day one, you will contribute to client work by helping us understand what people think, feel and do. You will support projects that explore how brands grow, how communication shapes behaviour, and how media strategies can be more effective.

You will learn how to analyse data, translate findings into clear recommendations and support client conversations. You will also gain experience working with a wide range of data sources, tools and approaches. This role gives you the chance to collaborate with experienced consultants who will help you grow your skills and confidence.

This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and turning insights into real‑world impact. You don’t need previous consulting experience — your curiosity, collaborative approach and willingness to learn are what matter most.

If you are looking to start your career in a supportive, international team where your work makes a difference, this role will allow you to develop both professionally and personally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support national and international projects for clients in Germany, working with colleagues across markets.
  • Help analyse data and prepare insights that inform brand strategy, communication and media decisions.
  • Contribute to presentations, proposals and client deliverables with clarity and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth project delivery.
  • Work with experienced consultants to build tailored solutions for clients.

IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, business, social sciences or similar).
  • Interest in brands, communication, media or consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. German language skills are nice-to-have.
  • Being open minded and love to work with people and other cultures.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • A mentor and buddy from your first day to support your development and wellbeing.
  • Opportunities to work on well‑known brands and meaningful real‑world business questions.
  • Hybrid work model
  • 25 days of holiday and 2 volunteering days
  • Yoga classes twice a week at a studio near the office
  • Mental health support for employees and family members
  • Tools for learning and continuous development
  • Access to a Multisport card
  • Meal allowance
  • Cafeteria points
  • Pension contribution
  • Life insurance
  • Company cell phone and company tariff
  • Access to physiotherapists and massage therapists at a reduced price in the building
  • On-site canteen
